New Dispatcher features in 2.0x

• Due to a new URL scheme we are able to protect the pages generated by SW-Lookup® through user name and password.
• By passing on most URL coded commands transparently to the PeerServers, we are able to extend the functionality without changing the dispatcher.
• We provide a very flexible password mapping: From 'transparent' (name and password like in the GIS) to arbitrary mappings between username and password used in SW-Lookup® and the GIS.
• The dispatcher may be used without grafical interface, e. g. as a system process under LINUX.
